And what works better for arms the heated wax or the cold one?

I really don’t want to shave them and they’re still noticeable after I bleached them

Also for anyone with past experience on arm hair removal, If I wax for a long time, how much time will it take for the hairs to grow in?

they have a "space saver" heater that heats up the wax that comes in little tubs. great investment not too expensive! i even think it’s on sale right now. they have different types of wax that comes in little tubs to fit in the heater, but the beeswax is usually fine for just about anything. they also have wax for sensitive skin, which i highly recommend if you’re doing it for the first time.

it’s different for everyone, but if you wax once a month, your hair will come in less and less, usually takes a month to come back in, and sometimes it will stop coming in alltogether if you do it for long enough.

they have pamphlets that you can use as a guide so you know you picked the right product for you. i don’t think the cold wax is as effective. make sure you test the temperature of the heated wax once you heat it up by putting a small dab on your wrist. it should be warm, but not burn.

don’t try to wax a huge area all at once. do small sections at a time, about 2-3 inches by 4-5 inches. i know you just want to get it over with, but this will give you the best results. press the muslin strip over the wax in the direction of your hair growth. brace yourself, hold your skin tight, and pull as fast as you can in the opposite direction of the hair growth.

i’ve never heard of a place that will do body waxing for $7. arms are usually about $30. you might want to go to a place to get it done for the first time, because it is not a pleasant experience.

New synthetic diamonds are so closely resemble mined diamonds
that the naked eye cannot tell the difference, often saving

My girlfriend has been parading around town with a magnificent
4-carat Round Brilliant cut synthetic diamond set in a stunning
14K solid gold filigree solitaire ring setting for a year now.
She has been to restaurants, work, shopping, night clubs,
museums, and parties. Family and friends have scrutinized her
ring. She has been stopped repeatedly by others who were
dumbfounded by her ring. Hundreds of people have seen her ring,
astonished by its majesty, gushing about it. And despite its
ostentatious size, no one has asked if it is a fake diamond!

How could this be? The latest breakthrough science in
lab-created diamonds has brought them in line with mined
diamonds. Long gone is the aurora borealis or “disco ball”
effect that was seen in synthetic diamonds of the past decades.
New millennium synthetic diamonds—with similar hardness,
clarity, fire, and brilliance—are indistinguishable with the
naked eye and simply don’t look fake. High quality synthetic
diamonds even have the coveted hearts-and-arrows effect.

This begs the question: If one were to saunter into a jewelry
store with a synthetic diamond, can a jeweler tell the
difference? Since all mined diamonds have color disparities
(flaws), birthmarks (flaws), and inclusions (flaws), and
lab-created diamonds have none of the above, a trained eye can
tell the difference. A sneering glance under a loupe or even
under discriminating examination with a magnifying glass, a
jeweler will often proudly declare a synthetic diamond as a
fake. Modern synthetic diamonds are too perfect in the world of
jeweler snobbery when pushing over-priced high profit diamonds
is the agenda at hand.

With the use of scientific testing equipment, mined diamonds
will conduct electricity and synthetic diamonds will not. That
is because mined diamonds are a carbon gem material and
synthetic diamonds are polycrystalline. A thermal probe will
produce different readings, differentiating the two. But does
this really matter to a jewelry lover who is interested in
aesthetic beauty and saving thousands of dollars? In the year my
girlfriend has been showcasing her synthetic diamond on her
finger; no one has walked up to her with scientific equipment
asking to test her gemstone.

Why do virtually all brick-and-mortar jewelers carry only mined
diamonds? Why do jewelers scoff at synthetic diamonds? You need
to look no further than your wallet. A 1-carat high quality
mined diamond is about $3000, a 2-carat about $18,000, a 3-carat
about $40,000, and a 4-carat goes for about $90,000.
Respectively, synthetic diamonds run about $79, $158, $237, and
$326. It’s about the money. Don’t kid yourself.

It’s also about indoctrination. For over a century, the diamond
cartel has spent billions of dollars convincing the public that
jewel quality mined diamonds have intrinsic value like gold. Not
true. Why? During this time DeBeers has limited production,
bought up supplies from others, stockpiled inventory, and
imposed its monopoly position on jewelry manufacturers in the
successful effort to keep prices inflated. And to make matters
worse, the diamond industry as a whole has a checkered past with
conflict stones, debt-slave child labor in India used in cutting
operations, and shady techniques used to enhance perceived
quality to further squeeze out ridiculous prices from
beleaguered jewelry lovers.

Smart jewelry shoppers today are considering synthetic diamonds
as an alternative to mined diamonds for some very savvy reasons:
(1) They can acquire fine jewelry pieces set in solid 14K gold.
(2) They will save literally thousands of dollars. (3) There is
no need to buy insurance. (4) When wearing there synthetic
diamond jewelry nobody will know that they are not mined
diamonds unless they tell them!

I am writing a paper and am a little crunched for time (seems to be the norm for me though lol). I am looking for statistics about the largest consumer of beauty supplies worldwide. Located in Thailand’s deep south, Krabi is considerably more tame than it’s coastal resort counterparts. Over the millennia, the composite of fossilised shells has grown to a thickness of nearly 16 inches. This archaeological find is located at Ban Laem Pho Cape, only 10 miles from the Krabi Town.

Scuba diving

Scuba diving and snorkelling is a must while you’re staying in Krabi. All of the Andaman Islands sport wonderful coral reefs and the clear water makes for fantastic snorkelling or diving. Diving certification courses can be completed in four days and expeditions lasting up to several days can be chartered through one of the many diving companies.

Koh Lanta Marine National Park

A trip to Koh Lanta Marine National Park will bring you face to face with the unique culture of the Chai Leh, or sea gypsies. These people speak a distinct language and have their own animistic religion. The island also hosts some pristine rainforests, spectacular beaches, coral reefs and laid-back guesthouses.

Exploring the archipelago

A great way to see the archipelago of islands is with a paddle in hand. Sea kayaks can be rented for offshore exploration and from Ao Nang, you can paddle to several nearby islands for great views of the many karst pillars, caves and remote beaches. Organised daytrips are easy to arrange and are well worth the expense, as they’ll take you to secluded beaches you’d never have found on your own.

Railay Beach

Any holiday in Krabi warrants a visit to Railay Beach, one of the most spectacular stretches of coastline that the Andaman has to offer. Two crescent beaches are removed from the mainland by enormous limestone cliffs making the beach only reachable by boat. The most popular attraction here, other than the beaches themselves, is the enshrined cave at Phra Nang. Resort accommodation is available if you’d like to stay overnight.

Krabi nightlife

The nightlife in Krabi isn’t as high-powered as in some of southern Thailand’s other hotspots. Most of the establishments that cater to tourists are confined to the Ao Nang Beach Resort. There are a few places aimed at visitors in Krabi Town itself, though it is mostly a local scene here. Ao Nang hosts a string of restaurants and bars. There aren’t any discos, and for the most part, an evening in Krabi will be comfortable and low-key.

Biking

Biking is another good way to see the island, particularly the area immediately around Ao Nang. Cycling inland will open up vistas holding the signature landscape of limestone outcroppings, coconut groves and quaint villages. You can hire a bike in the resort area and the inland loop can be stretched to as much as a 15 or 20-mile ride.

If you mean can anybody just walk in and buy something, then yes. If you are afraid and have never done it before, then ask someone who works there–they will be glad to help you!
