What are the side effects of plant beauty products?
the side effects of all-natural beauty products…and it’ll be better if you gave me the side effects of homemade products AND those natural products made in a factory.
if they are made properly and used as per the direction then there are no side effects.
What would a predatory salesperson who sells overpriced beauty products look for in a shopper?
Sometimes i people watch at the local strip mall…..and there is this person with a stand hawking overpriced beauty products, like nail polish for an outrageously inflated price……….i notice that they target certain people and overlook others.
Curious…..what are those people looking for in passerby? What is it about their physical appearance / assumed personality traits that makes them target some and ignore others?
Most of them would target people who look high maintenance or seem to have quite a bit of money to spend. Salesmen use different techniques to lure in customers (I’m sure you’ve heard of foot-in-the-door, door-in-the-face, low-balling, etc.). They are targeting people who they thing those techniques will work on. People who are gullible, people who will listen or will want that bargain that’s too-good-to-be-true.

What is a natural preservative for bath bombs and other beauty products?
I’m going to be making bath bombs and other bath and beauty products, Im trying to make them all natural, but need to have a preservative of some sort in the mix. Hellllp. Thanks! ![]()
Citric Acid
Kaolin Clay
Grapeseed Oil
Jojoba Oil
Baking Soda
simple colorants and scents.
That is for the bombs…lips contain the same things more or less plus lanolin, coconut oil and sunflower oil, and beeswax.
Not vegan by any means.. but Im trying to stay major chemical free.
peppermint oil — although some people especially those who are fair can be allergic to this.
Please be aware that the FDA regulates homemade bath products. I found one good reference about that. I have a friend who wanted to make such products, but gave up due to these regulations. I know another lady who has a growing business – look up Chae Organics, but has had quite a few struggles as well.

YOU CAN GET SHAMPOO SAMPLES AT SITES LIKE DOVE.IN
Myth or not: Shampoos/Beauty products containing vitamins work as well as actually eating these nutrients?
What do you think?
Are ingredients in beauty products & shampoos really going to improve your skin if you only put them on the outside of the skin, as opposed to taking actually nutrients internally;
Example- some shampoos and face cremes contain things such as grapefruit extract and vitamin C.
But
does this only help your skin or hair , if you actually eat a real grapefruit, or can you just put food products in shampoos and face cremes?
Eating vitamins is better than just application of vitamins

What are some good perfumes and beauty products you recommend?
I was thinking of buying an Ebay gift card for myself with the money I’m making off of my books on Ebay, if that makes sense to you lol. How would I get started manufacturing herbal beauty products?
I own alot of land where I grow alot of herbs and make my own beauty products from all natural ingredients. At the moment I only make them on a small scale for family and friends etc, but I’d like to register my products and sell them online etc. Is this a complicated process? where should I start?
Ok some of things you need to look at are the following:
Look into what your competition is doing
Do the market research into Price, Product Placement advertising etc.
Do up a basic business plan with 1 – 3 – 5 year goals.
Get some product testimonials off customers (Friends and family).
Try selling some products through local markets and retail outlets and start off small to keep your overheads down.
Once you know what you bottom line costs are then you know how much you can retail the products for on line.
Then look at eBay and creating your own website.
